4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link.

  • Tracking information usually activates within 48–72 hours after shipment. You can track your package directly on our website or via the courier's official portal.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
